Our Kanak Attack staff will arrive 45 to 60 minutes prior to your meal time to set up the pig roaster. The total cook time is 8-9 hours, so we start cooking the pig at our kitchen and finish the roasting process at your location. Our on-site Chef carves and serves the mouthwatering roasted pig to your guests as they come thru the buffet line.
WHAT DOES IT COME WITH?
The roasted pig is served with three of our signature sauces: Pineapple BBQ, Spicy Plum Teriyaki and a Citrus Chili. These signature sauces are sure to be crowd pleasers!
WHAT ELSE CAN I GET WITH THE PIG?
Add delicious side items from our catering menu to complete your meal. We suggest our popular coconut infused rice or Hawaiian sweet rolls to make mini-pulled pork sandwiches.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE PIGS?
Our larger roasted pig feeds 100-150 people. If you need to feed more people we suggest supplementing with the Kalua Pig. We also offer Suckling Pigs that feed 30-50 guests at a charge of $450.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
The pig roasts cost $600. This includes a whole pig, an on-site chef, and set up/take down of equipment. If you choose to order additional sides, this will also include a full setup buffet. If you need to accommodate more guests, then we suggest adding our signature kalua pig dish. Please ask our catering professionals for more details.
