Pick-Up

Minimum of 10 people (ordering through catering).
Eliminates operational charge. Pick-ups are in disposable foil pans.

Drop-Off

We take it to you.  10% operational charge.  All hots served in disposable foil pans.
  • Full set drop-off is for parties under 60 guests.  We come and set-up our tables, linens, hot chafing dishes, and provide all disposables for your event.  20% operational charge.
  • Full set-up includes all the above but we provide a staff member to help replenish all food items.  20% operational charge.

Family Style

This is a method of serving in which food is brought to the table in serving dishes from which everyone helps themselves..
